Z.ai error

# Insufficient balance or no resource package. Please recharge.

Error code 1113. Z.ai sends it as HTTP 429, not 402.

The account has nothing to bill.
Recharge it or add a package.

## What it means

Your Z.ai account has neither a usable balance nor an active resource package, so no call can be billed.

Nothing resets on a timer. It clears when you recharge or buy a package.

## Fix it

1. Recharge the balance, as the message says.
2. Or buy a resource package for the account that owns the key.

## Switch while you wait

Move the task to a vendor you already pay for while you recharge.

Or call Z.ai with a key whose account holds a balance.
